Dr. Pat Hendrickson presents workshops at schools, colleges, universities, consortia, and conferences in the United States and internationally. In addition to the classic grounded theory research method, her interests include media, gaming, and simulation with an emphasis on virtual worlds and behaviors within those environments. In July 2017, Hendrickson was awarded a research fellowship with The Institute for Social Innovation at Fielding Graduate University and is focused on the process of retirement in Baby Boomers . She earned her doctorate in Educational Leadership and Change with a concentration in Grounded Theory/Grounded Action at Fielding Graduate University, CA.
